hospital

two
years

we
found

of

As a two hospital system, we desired to construct a contract management template which could manage the complexity of multiple hospitals, types of contracts, products within contracts, as well as enable our administrator the ability to define field access by individual and user group. PaperTracer provided us with direct access to key personnel able to trouble shoot issues and recommend solutions. Through our interaction, PaperTracer delivered their software to accommodate our desired specifications.
In October 2004, the web-based solution was deployed to more than 100 users system wide. We have found the system easy to implement from setting up the various departmental templates down to the ease of use. The PaperTracer system was built with customer control in mind. We have the ability to design, set-up, implement and maintain our own templates!
